簡單的熊日子|

最近也没有认真写Blog了，事实上也没什么可写的。生活依旧那么单调，香港又开始下雨了，而且很大。自从上个月和我们Office的几个帅哥靓妹出去西贡鬼混之后，就再也没有出去玩过了。YY同学一直约我去湿地玩，可是他又忙着毕业论文还有答辩。现在终于忙完了，可是又下起雨来。

七月，又是分别的季节，好多同学走了，Black Four的成员之一——要去美国了，Vivid也要去美国了，洪亮也要去美国了，一直没有什么机会好好的喝一次，诶。看来B4是解散了，壮壮有老婆了，只剩下晓风和俺了，FT。周哥哥搬到下面的Office去了，看来我们Office要寂寞多了，没什么人说话了。

后天就开学了，新同学要来报道，我也要忙着那两个Poster，看来老板没有帮忙的意思了。挠头啊，图片都添了，不知道怎么加文字，好久没有看Paper了，生疏了。

添张自己的照片，vivid借用我的手动镜头的试机照，眼睛对焦，有点不准！

香港通行证延期手续（需要更换新的通行证）

首先到研究生院要个延期的介绍信，接着到旺角办理更换新的通行证（因为旧的已经签满），需要两张近期照片，250元，然后到湾仔办理香港延期的label，这两项都需要2周时间，所以同时办理，可以节约时间。两周后，到旺角领取新的本子，然后到湾仔领取香港延期的Label（160元），贴到新的通行证上，然后再到旺角中旅社办理大陆延期的label（250元），这又需要2周时间，两周后领取到旺角中旅领取大陆的label，一共需要大概4周时间。

如果不需要换通行证的话，拿着学校给的介绍信，直接到湾仔入境事务处大楼办理香港延期的label，然后两周后到湾仔领取label贴在通行证上，缴160元，然后到旺角中旅办理大陆延期的label，两周后，到旺角拿大陆的label，缴250元，大陆的label也可以到罗湖去办理，价格会便宜一点，但是，罗湖的小妹妹比较严格，很多照片都算不合格，所以，俺是懒得跟她们斗智斗勇！

香港去日本的签证申请（Visa Application）

当向日本的会议申请同意了之后，要求日本会议方出具邀请信，他们会寄来一个邀请信和一个表格，这个表格是他们帮忙找日本担保人的表格，要认真填写，然后传真回去。之后，他们会快递过来签证申请的一些资料（日本的担保人出具的保证书，等）。接下来，我们需要到系里面办理一个系里面出具的证明信，最后准备一些相关的材料，就可以去日本大使馆了。

相关材料如下，近期照片一张，财产证明（银行的月结单），身份证，学生证，护照，香港通行证，系里面的证明信，以及日本寄过来的材料。

日本大使馆在中环交易广场一期46楼，中环地铁口A出口，出来后，在马路对面的高大的楼房就是交易广场。办理过程也相当简单，接待人员可以说普通话，广东话，日语，英语，所以基本上没有什么语言问题，如果资料齐全的话，就没什么问题，回来等两天就可以知道结果，如果需要Check的话，可能需要2－4个星期时间。

Maia 是加拿大的Fine Art的艺术家，也是个摄影师。她的摄影作品往往经过Photoshop处理成抽象派作品，当然，这个俺是看不懂了，呵呵。前段时间老板把他们夫妇请来香港，探讨Research的问题，顺便也让他们游览了一下香港的风景。Egerton是个科学家，研究领域是能量损失谱部分，而且卓有成就，还出了书，被老板视为Bible。

我们给他们安排了游玩的行程，周日我和Carol带着他们游玩了大屿山，看了大佛。他们很是高兴，Maia还送了本书给我，不好意思，还一直没看完。或许是因为摄影的问题，她好像一直说我的相机好，虽然那是单反里面最差的相机，但是外国的摄影师向来对相机没有什么要求，只要能照相就可以了。她的相机是Nikon的 coolpix的小DC，但是照出的照片随便就可以拿去展览，确实让我有点汗颜啊。

这几张是Maia给我的Email当中挂的附件，她的取景会比我的好很多。下面把她给我的Email也贴一下，呵呵。Email当中对我的照片做了一些中肯的评价，学习中……

Thank you for sending me your photos of your visit last October to Sai Kung Bay.? I enjoyed looking at them, what? a beautiful spot, with the delicious
turquoise blue ocean!? You are lucky to be living in such a beautiful part
of the world as Hong Kong!

You asked me to comment on your photos (as with painting, a critique is
always so easy compared to actually taking photos or painting a piece of
art!).? So I’m pleased to send some thoughts I had about your images:

Firstly, I think your Nikon camera is excellent and takes very good, sharp
images.? I best liked some of your close-up shots: the straw hat on sand,
ones of the girl holding a blue float-ring (good technicallly and nice
portrait shots of fun moments) and close-up of rocks and sea (the images are
not numbered).

As in your previous series you sent me,? your pictures tell a narrative of a
happy day out with friends in a beautiful location, of youth and fun from
studies!

Generally speaking I think it’s fine to have some? long-shots of scenery,
taking in a lot of detail, but your better images are some of? the close up
ones.

In long-shots of people , regarding composition, I think it’s better to
avoid “chopping off” extremities of the body like hands and feet (it makes
the person look like a cripple, - something is missing!).? On the other
hand, it looks perfectly ok in a close-up composition, even makes it
interesting, to show just part of a head, face or torso! (classical rules of
composition in art which you can follow, or ignore).

Why don’t you try more close-ups, perhaps do a whole series of experimental
close-up shots, just focussing more on enlarging a detail of something that
interests you (e.g. close up of the waves, a tree, a rock). That way you
also get more texture in your image and less of the ’smooth” look which you
see in a? panoramic “postcard” image.? Postcards are fine of course, but can
be a bit bland …. In my mind, texture is interesting generally and can
make a photograph image more exciting.

Well enough of my helpful critique!? In turn I’ll attach some of my recent
images for you to look at (in which I probably do not follow my own advice
ab!ove).? They are of our new home in the mountains (the brown big house
behind the pink-painted miner’s cottage (about 100 years old)), the view
from our balcony, our cat, the evening sky, the water of a mountain
waterfall near us ..? all local shots.? I “pushed”? the water image with
Adobe to make it seemmore like an abstract painting, could not technically
resolve the white patch in the upper left-hand corner .. the image is
currently hanging in an art group show here in Canmore.? Your critique is
welcome!

当比赛接近冠军的时候就变得越来越难看，不是大家水平差了，而是球队的压力大了。当比赛进入加时的时候，壮壮睡眼惺忪的说：“都是你害的我，看这比赛，还要踢点球，天都亮了。”

但是意大利好像并不希望比赛进入加时，可能因为上一场莱曼的神奇表现让里皮看到了点球致胜的渺茫，于是意大利人在加时结束的前两分钟组织了强有力的反击，终于那个“伟大的左后卫－格罗索”帮助意大利攻下一城，接着他们又一个反攻，皮耶罗再攻一城，为意大利进军决赛锦上添花。

比赛上半场，克林斯曼的表现有点暴躁，不断的在场边挥舞着手臂。但是下半场之后，他却平静了，他似乎看到了点球大战，似乎又看到了莱曼的神勇。然而，在比赛的最后两分钟，意大利却上演了他们最擅长的防守反击。0：2输给意大利之后，克林斯曼似乎更加的平静，因为再说什么也无法改变这个结果。他能做的就是走到场上一个一个的安慰着自己的球员。

“加时赛最后阶段丢球，我们连罚点球的机会都没有了，用这样一种方式输掉这场比赛，无疑是非常令人失望也让人心碎的。”克林斯曼说，“但是，我必须表扬我们的球队，这支年轻的队伍，从第一场和哥斯达黎加的比赛开始，就在场上展现出了顽强的斗志和很好的精神。大家在一起呆了50来天，这将是一次难得的体会。”这是一支年轻的队伍，他们利用自己的顽强斗志在家乡父老面前上演了一段激情四射的足球，虽然最终没能在本土夺得冠军，但是克林斯曼和他的队员也算交上了一份满意的答卷。

但是，对于巴拉克、卡恩、莱曼这样的世界级球员来说，这无疑是梦想的破灭。他们已经不再年轻，2010年可能无法出征南非，这也许就是他们最后一届世界杯了。或许这也正是足球的魅力——伴随这成功与失败、捧杯的喜悦和梦想的破灭。同样，2010年的德国，你的希望在那里？没有了卡恩莱曼，你靠什么晋级？不过我们还是希望克林斯曼能够继续呆在德国，希望他能够将这种”好看”的足球发扬光大。
